Donna’s expertise is filled with over a decade of experience in Human Resources management, more specifically in assisting liaisons between corporations, driving schools, and ICBC. She was present during the transition to MELT for Class 1 Drivers, which brought massive changes to the industry.

Her background as an agent consists of combined education and work experience, with a BA in Criminology and a Diploma in HR Management and Payroll. She has received official training in nonviolent intervention and credentials in working with difficult people as well. Donna is your go-to agent for when communication and clarity is needed between all groups concerned. When it comes to your company, Donna has your best interests at heart.
